​​HOTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS


  • All guests upon registering are subject to these regulations and bind themselves to observe them. The management reserves the right to request the immediate departure of anyone who does not comply with these regulations.


  • All guests are required to fill out a registration card at the hotel reception.


  • Bills may be paid between 08:00 hrs and 20:00 hrs. at the reception.


  • Check in in time is at 14:00 hrs. Check out time is at 12:00 hrs (noon). Any guests remaining in their rooms beyond that point will be charged an additional days rent.


  • Should you desire a change in your accommodations, please inform the reception before 12:00 hrs (noon)


  • Swimming pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 pm


  • Persons not registered in the hotel can’t be in the pool.


  • Telephone calls may be made or received at the reception from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm


  • The front gate Hill be closed to vehicle traffic from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am (high season)


  • No food or beverages may be introduced into public areas (such as restaurant, swimming pool or bar) unless purchased in the Hotel


  • Radios are not allowed to be placed to in pool rest area or any other of the hotel’s public areas.


  • Drugs are strictly forbidden. The management will remand to public authority any client who is discovered using drugs on hotel grounds.


  • Using any private electrical appliances is at your own risk. Please consult the management at the reception before using.


  • Children are not allowed to leave their respective rooms unless accompanied by an adult. The hotel is not responsible for any injuries incurred.


  • Please handle hotel property and furniture responsible. The repair costs of any damages will be charged to the guest responsible for the damage incurred.


  • The customer is obliged to pay a new door lock in case they loses the key


  • It is not allowed for guests to receive visitors in their room. In case of failure to comply with this regulation, the management reserves the right to demand the visitor to vacate the room.


  • No person has the right to provide lodging to another without the prior consent of the management, or without signing the register and defining method of payment.


  • Payment for lodging is required in advance, unless other arrangements have been made with the hotel management.


  • In case of non – payment, the guest loses the right to use the room. Management can detain the property of the guest in presence of witnesses. The luggage will be the guarantee of payment for 30 days. If this payment has not been effectuated, the management will keep the luggage as substitute for payment.


  • The hotel is not responsible for losses or robberies suffered by guests in the room or other public areas (such as restaurant, swimming pool, gardens, etc.) 


  • If you do not have hot water in your room, please report it to the reception.


  • Beach Hotel Ines is a familiar place: please the noise has to be stopped after 11:00 pm. This is for your own tranquility and for everyone else.
